Returns Information

The following Returns & Refund policy is applicable to all items sold on Cindbergs.com

 We provide a full refund if it meets at least one of the following conditions.

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Is different from what was ordered

To be eligible, A refund claim must be made within 14 days of the delivery receipt.

the customer may be asked to provide an evidence to back their claim

All claims are processed within 3 working days , Once a claim has been successful, the customer will be refunded to their original payment method. it may take upto 5-7 working days for the funds to appear in the customer's account.

 

We offer a return if it meets at least one the following two conditions.

Note : Orders with giveaway items are not eligible for Return except for Damaged orders

  • Wrong size, color or variant was ordered by the customer
  • No longer needed

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to the customer

To be eligible, the customer must initiate a return request within 14 days of the delivery receipt.

The customer may be asked to provide an evidence to back their claim

If the return has been approved, The customer can ship the item back to our closest return centre. The customer will be notified about the return address as soon as their return has been approved

Once we receive the items in their original condition as delivered to the customer, the customer will be refunded to their original payment method ( it may take upto 5-7 working days for the funds to appear in the customer's account )

We may reject the refund if the return shipment is damaged or lost in transit.

The Shipping costs are Non-Refundable, The refund amount will be the total order value minus shipping costs
